At Urbano Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Urbano Fashion account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack the Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
